Tech Buzz: EMERGING SOFTWARE, B2B SALES, AND APPOINTMENTS

Technology has become an essential part of today and what we call life.

If it weren’t for technology we wouldn’t have health advancements, communications, media, transportation, and connections to far away regions, beyond many other essentials.  We’d be missing out on the outside world. Technology has integrated itself into a powerful position.

Knowledge is power, and the fact that a computer brain can retain so much information is phenomenal!

It is true that technology has become a revolution. From propaganda to the truth, the internet is used at an all-time high every second of the day, at almost every corner of the world.

As the world and universe tick, it’s only a matter of time until technology permeates the entire human population. Technology sales are just as thriving as the medical field.

B2B BENEFITS

Today business owners are taking it to the phones and to direct communication in order to set appointments with IT Director’s, to inform them about newer and improved software that hits the market.

This step of marketing for the IT world is making headway. Companies such as IBM Watson, Avnet, Riverbed, Cisco HCS, Fortinet, Nexus IS, are now taking it to telemarketing phone lines in order to set appointments with their prospects, to later call them to discuss the benefits and advancements of the new solutions (software) that hits the market.

These companies are starting to realize that marketing efforts need to branch out, not only through direct buys, internet sales, and store sales but through direct communication—phone lines.

IT APPOINTMENT SETTERS

As we’ve been hearing, business to business (B2B) sales is where the money is. Appointments are definitely necessary in order to lead to a sale of course, but appointment setting for IT solutions will never truly pay out.

What really pays out, as anyone and everyone should know, is IT software sales.

Think about this picture, an appointment setter makes the appointment with an IT Director; they get their cut for making the appointment, that’s all.

Sales Pay!

The software is pricey; it can cost a corporate company millions of dollars to integrate!

In a sense, appointment setting in the IT world is relevant headway but won’t pay out.

IT solution sales is a better route to go, considering just how fast systems and software change on an everyday basis.

Someone right now is building something faster and more accelerated!

If a company innovates and integrates new software at one location, chances are, they will have to update the entire IT business model at each facility.

Update Or Breach!

Updating software has to be constant. If the company, ‘Target’ kept up on their IT software security, they might have avoided the breach that just recently happened in December 2013. Many of Target’s customers had their information stolen and fraudulently used.

Always remember, the IT world is not slowing down, and neither is time, so keep your eyes peeled for emerging software, or you may receive a call.
